Mr. Ohara joined Create Restaurants Co., Ltd. in 2006. Since then, he has worked as a restaurant staff member in the Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Saitama areas. He has gained experience at Japanese BBQ restaurants, shabu-shabu restaurants, and buffet-style restaurants, and currently serves as the manager of Yakiniku Honpo Pure Shinagawa Branch. While offering a menu that emphasizes the quality of ingredients, he also pays close attention to staff service and the comfort of the dining environment.
