Area Map

The first objects you will see when entering the hall are the spinning machines and weaving machines. The museum used to be a textile mill built by the Toyota founder, and now it’s been transformed to a museum of textile machines where you can see their live performances. The history of Toyota has started from the textile machine business. "The machine should stop automatically when a thread is cut.” “No defective product.” The old machines that used to be working more than 100 years ago will tell you Toyota’s business philosophy
You go through the textile section, the metal working machinery area, and then you reach the Automobile Pavilion. At the automotive-plant-like hall, you will see a variety of automotive production machinery including press machines and assembly robot arms, as well as an assembly demonstration. You can learn more details with the English information guidance.
Also there are brochures in English, Chinese, Korean, and Thai. Everybody can experience and learn the history of Toyota with ease.
