Cocktail Works Karuizawa offers a wide variety of drinks and Nagano's finest ingredients, such as Shinshu apples, grapes, and Shinshu Beef. Its popular "Shinshu Beef Lamp Steak" is a dish where you can feel the rich taste and sweetness of the meat. The delicious taste is also brought out in various Italian dishes such as "Bolognese." An extensive menu is available for drinks to go with the food, including seasonal cocktails made with plenty of seasonal fruits and non-alcoholic beverages that are popular among women. There is a liquor shop next to the restaurant where you can purchase Nagano local liquors, whiskies from various countries, and craft spirits. The antique-style shop is open from 2:00 pm (Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays only).
