Saishun is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel where you can enjoy Japanese delicacies made with abundant local seasonal ingredients in a sophisticated, adult atmosphere. The restaurant offers charcoal-grilled dishes that bring out the ingredients' true flavors, seasonal a la carte dishes, and a variety of recommended brands of sake from all over the Tohoku region, mainly local brands.
