As the brother of the brewer directly sends us high-quality sake (Japanese alcohol), we can serve various kinds of local sake of Kyoto with a sophisticated, smooth, and deep taste such as [Genshu (undiluted sake)] fresh from the brewery, just brewed [Tarekuchi], and [Matsu-no-Midori] categorized in Junmai-Daiginjo (the highest grade). Our various dishes are made with high-quality chicken with a strong savory taste, such as [Nanatani-dori], a brand chicken from Kyoto that is served in a limited number. Some dishes are made with malted rice or sake lees from the brewery. Our yakitori (grilled chicken skewer), grilled with an original sauce made with sake, goes perfectly with sake.
