Enjoy our savory dishes with the theme of collaborating the rich ingredients around Kyushu, making full use of our chef's skillful techniques obtained through his experiences at various renowned restaurants inside and outside of Japan. We carefully-select seasonal blessings from the mountains and seas, such as vegetables from Kyushu, Miyazaki Beef, and pufferfish from Simonoseki. We carefully prepare and cook these ingredients, seasoning with herbs and spices, and decorate plates as if painting on canvases.
