He offers beautiful and delicious ramen every day, using the broth created by the chefs at Sushi Urayama, carefully boiling the noodles, and delicately arranging the toppings. He is passionate about one of Men Urayama's specialties: providing "a bowl of soup that can be eaten hot to the last" with great care and attention to detail.
