Mr. Ebie came to Oita after experiencing diverse food cultures in Tokyo. He works hard every day to make a memorable restaurant.
Mr. Ebie was born in 1990 in Toyama Prefecture. After graduating from the Tsuji Culinary Institute and worked for three years at a cake shop in Tokyo, he changed to Italian cuisine to broaden his horizons as a chef. He later gained experience in cafes, Japanese BBQ restaurants, and fugu restaurants before moving to Oita Prefecture. After working at the all-you-can-eat restaurant Bishamonten under Hyuga Kanko Foods, he now serves as manager of Mejiro no Nejiro. He dedicates himself daily to creating a memorable experience where guests from both inside and outside Oita, as well as visitors from abroad, can enjoy Oita's exceptional local cuisine.
