Mr. Nagahara returned to his hometown after training in Fukuoka. He serves dishes that satisfy a wide range of customers.
Mr. Nagahara was born in Saga in 2000. After graduating from a cooking school, he began his career as a chef. He gained experience as both a cook and a restaurant manager at a Japanese BBQ restaurant in Fukuoka, then returned to his hometown. He currently serves as the head chef at Horumon Dai. The menu is enjoyed by a wide range of customers thanks to its fresh pork offal delivered directly from Fukuoka and dishes carefully selected for their quality and freshness.
