Mr. Oshiro was born in 1971 in Okinawa. He was inspired to enter the culinary world by a simple remark from the owner of a local izakaya bar who he was close with - "Cooking is deep and fun." Encouraged by those words, he discovered the joy of cooking and became a chef. He has gained experience across a variety of settings, from izakaya bars to hotels, working with a wide range of cuisines while focusing on Okinawan dishes. He is currently working at Lounge Marina del Sol, located in Hotel YENN'S MARINA inn, MERCY.
