ZenSun beef Hotpot_Hongyi Li 

Mr. Li was born in China in 1971, he trained at Tsukuzen Kofuku, a restaurant founded in Sichuan over 100 years ago based on the philosophy that "food and medicine are of the same origin," and has experience as a head chef. The restaurant now has locations in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi'an, Suzhou, Chongqing, and Taiyuan. In the fall of 2019, it opened its first overseas branch in Kyoto. Today, he continues to share the flavors that have been passed down through generations as a chef.
