This is a dish that shows you all the different tastes of the ingredients. We use fresh seafood from Tsukiji to provide seasonal tastes. We are particular about safety of pesticide-free or low-pesticide vegetables, as we purchase vegetables from farmers in Niigata or Nara. We try to use the original taste of ingredients as effectively as possible. Since you spend your precious time in our restaurant, we take care to give you a pleasant meal. We serve food that's always delicious. A bright atmosphere with a ray of sunlight in the afternoon, and a calm mood at night.
