Guests are warmly welcomed by a chef who has studied regional cuisine all over Italy, a pizzaiolo who is particular about the dough, and a sommelier who is well-versed in both food and wine. All dishes are beautifully presented, making the most of the ingredients' charms. The menu consists mainly of courses that incorporate seasonal ingredients. The a la carte dishes are also available on the first floor during dinner time. The simple yet sophisticated decor, based on a white color scheme, creates a calm ambiance.
