Located a 3-minute walk from the west exit of Akita Station, GURANTAN offers a space with private rooms and a wide selection of food and drinks, which is perfect for many kinds of occasions. The menu features dishes that go well with drinks, such as simmered beef tendon and offal, charcoal-grilled items, and arrangements featuring Akita's local cuisine. About 80 carefully selected sake options from both inside and outside Akita are available, including taste testing sets for comparing flavors, appealing to both sake beginners and connoisseurs. With two floors, the restaurant accommodates anything from an after-work drink to various types of parties. Private rooms on 2F can host groups of four or more, and courses including recommended dishes plus all-you-can-drink packages that include sake make it a great choice for welcome and farewell parties and other events.
