He was born in 1977 in Nagano prefecture. After graduating from high school, he entered a culinary school, then trained at [HOTEL DE MIKUNI] for 12 years. He also worked as the master chef at [Izu Auberge arcana izu] and [Yakushima sankara hotel & spa]. In December 2016, he went independent and opened [la rencontre].
