At [Karen Kagoshima Branch], you can fully enjoy KAGOSHIMA KUROUSHI (black beef), KAGOSHIMA KUROBUTA (black pork), and other agricultural products carefully raised in Kagoshima, famous as a livestock prefecture. The restaurant is directly managed by JA Kagoshima Prefectural Economic Foundation of Agricultural Cooperatives. As a base to promote the Kagoshima brand, this place has been used for welcoming customers from other prefectures, or as a tourist restaurant, as well as for family anniversaries and other special occasions. Their excellent dishes, such as [Shabu-Shabu] (meat parboiled with vegetables) and [Seiro-mushi] (food steamed in a bamboo basket), go well with Kagoshima Prefecture's premium shochu (Japanese alcohol). The interior inside the restaurant is Japanese style with relaxed atmosphere. There are table seats separated by glass walls, and 12 private rooms. The private rooms can be used as a big room for up to 48 people when the partition removed. Ideal for all occasions.
