Noboruya is a Creative Cuisine restaurant located near Higashi-Chayagai, one of Kanazawa's most popular tourist destinations, known for its traditional townhouses with red latticework. The restaurant features six counter-seats and has been renovated from a 50-year-old traditional Japanese house. Its interior is modern and chic, radiating elegance and sophistication. The open kitchen fosters a vibrant yet refined atmosphere, providing an experience that engages all five senses. There is only one course on the menu. The course combines Noto beef, raised in the rich nature and history of the Noto Peninsula, with fresh seafood, vegetables, and seasonings. Another highlight is the pairing of Noto beef with IWA, a sake brand launched in 2020 by the former winemaker of Dom Pérignon. This Noto beef premium specialty restaurant is recommended for special occasions, business entertaining, and formal dinners.
