An unagi (eel) restaurant in front of Osaka Castle where you can enjoy delicious unagi and Japanese sake with Japan's history and culture. It takes great care with the ingredients, first steaming them until tender, then coating them in a rich sauce and grilling them to perfection. It is where you can casually savor exquisite eels carefully selected from the ingredients, steamed once to make them plump, and then grilled to a savory perfection with a rich sauce. Besides the standard menu items such as Unaju (grilled eel boxed meal), Unadon (grilled eel rice bowl), and Hitsumabushi (grilled chopped eel over rice), there are also Kabayaki (glaze-grilled eel), Shiroyaki (eel grilled without seasoning) and Temari Sushi (ball-shaped sushi) to go with sake. The sake selection includes many unique varieties ranging from Ginjo, Junmai, and Daiginjo. The restaurant is equipped with counter seats for solo diners, as well as tables and sofas for a more relaxed atmosphere. A set meal for children is also available, so families can visit the restaurant without worries. It is a great place for many customers, from sightseeing in Osaka to daily use.
