Mr. Oizumi was born in Hokkaido in 1990. He developed a love for cooking since his elementary school days, and walked the path of cuisine with a desire to pursue his passion as a job. At Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo, he studied Western cooking, learning techniques that served as a foundation for his work. He then experienced a variety of cuisine at Japanese Buffet Dining Den. Currently working at Uraroji Jingisukan Shimadaya Susukino Branch, he utilizes his past experiences and works hard as a chef that faces the ingredients.
