Using seasonal ingredients, we offer dishes unique to Ehime.

■ Appetizer... A small bowl of seasonal salads ■ Appetizer... A selection of delicacies to go well with alcohol ■ Sashimi... The main dish of Kiyomizu. An assortment of multiple types of fish, mainly caught locally in the Seto Inland Sea, with the addition of spiny lobster and other seafood.
■Clear Soup: The chef takes the most care in seasoning the clear soup. Please try to enjoy it thoroughly.
■Rice dish…Enjoy the seasoning that makes the most of seasonal ingredients.
■ Fish dishes or grilled fish...depending on what we have in stock. We will prepare whatever is delicious at the time.
■Salt-grilled Wagyu beef...At Kiyomizu, we use A5 Wagyu beef and carefully grill it over charcoal.
■ Vinegared dishes: Refreshing and beautifully presented vinegared dishes. You can feel the depth of Kyoto cuisine.
■Fried food…Tempura made with seasonal ingredients. Sometimes, special fried foods are served!
■Miso soup and rice, or porridge...If you are using spiny lobster for sashimi, you should also use lobster in the miso soup. The porridge is made using stock made from fish bones.
■Dessert…Choose from over 10 different kinds of homemade sorbet. If you’re lucky, you might even order more than one!
