Ginza Tamai, a conger eel restaurant located a 3-minute walk from Ginza Station, has inherited the tradition of the main restaurant since its establishment in 2005 and has been loved for a long time. Especially noteworthy are the natural conger eel dishes, prepared by a veteran chef who honed his skills at an Edo-mae sushi restaurant with careful and quick handwork. Various dishes are available, including conger eel rice box, served with a secret sauce made from conger eel broth, and conger eel sashimi, limited to the summer season.
