He gained extensive experience in various restaurants, honing his cooking skills and learning restaurant management. In particular, he focused on selecting ingredients, preparation, and grilling methods to enhance his knowledge and skills. After that, he opened a Yakiniku Hajime to serve the kind of Yakiniku he had envisioned.
