Urayasu Kourai offers ramen and a variety of dishes prepared by the owner, who was trained at a famous Japanese restaurant, in a casual atmosphere. With the motto of "local production for local consumption," the restaurant features ingredients from Chiba Prefecture. The signature "Urayasu Soba" is an authentic Japanese-style ramen characterized by the unique w soup combining chicken stock and dashi broth carefully made from two kinds of dried bonito flakes and natural kelp. Added a house-made sauce using many natural ingredients gives the ramen a deep flavor. The simmered and grilled dishes using seasonal fish and vegetables purchased at the Toyosu Market are also highly recommended delicacies. The restaurant's calm interior is perfect for many occasions, from a refreshing time alone to business entertainment, anniversaries, and more.
