Eat & Drink Japan! It is a treasure house of authentic Japanese cuisine and local sake. Enjoy seasonal dishes decorated with gorgeous ingredients in courses.

"Serving Japanese cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients and careful handling that is only available at a restaurant." Since its establishment in 2020, Hikizan in Nagarekawa, Hiroshima, has followed this motto and attracted a wide range of guests. The restaurant presents "Feast of Japanese Cuisine" under the theme of "Eating Japan," using plenty of high-quality seafood such as Ise lobsters and other seasonal delicacies. Three omakase courses are available by reservation only. The most popular is the "Matsu" course, which features a series of gorgeous ingredients and allows you to enjoy a blissful dining experience, from the two "Hassun (appetizers)" to the seasonal bowl of soup with torafugu (blowfish) shipped directly from Shimonoseki. The restaurant also offers an impressive selection of local sake from all over Japan, making it possible to enjoy "drinking Japan."  In addition to local people's anniversary dinners, dates, and business entertainment, it is a great place to indulge in luxurious gourmet food during the trip!
