For those who want to taste both Shirayaki (unseasoned grilled eel) and Kabayaki (graze-grilled eel), the "Comparison Red and White Unaju (two-tiered box)" is highly recommended. The signature "Kinpaku Mabushi Unaju" covered luxury with gold leaf is also a must-try delicacy. A wide selection of wines and Fukui Prefecture sake are also available for pairing with eel.
