The concept is "High-quality food for a small number of diners that is convenient, easy and casual." Sushikawa is a sushi restaurant for a new era as we begin living with COVID-19. Mr. Hayakawa, the owner, says, "I want people to enjoy the taste of high-class sushi restaurants at a reasonable price and in a casual manner at a stand-up restaurant." There are carefully selected ingredients from all over the country and carefully prepared in the Edo-mae style. The menu, which is rewritten every day, clearly lists each dish's production area and prices. All orders are placed online; diners use a QR code to read the menu and order one piece at a time or a set meal. You can easily enjoy quality food at a reasonable price. Another of the restaurant's specialties is its sake, of which there are always more than 20 varieties available. Staff are happy to tell you which sake goes well with which.
