HAN is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Edomae Sushi in a quiet hideout-like space in a quiet basement. Chef Watanabe, who has a wealth of experience overseas, shows his skills. The chef himself carefully selects the ingredients and purchases them considering the market conditions and the season so they are fresh and tasty. Nigiri, appetizers, soups, and other dishes made with artisan skill and care are served in courses for both lunch and dinner. The composition of each course is designed to show the four seasons of Japan. Sake is prepared according to the season, making it a truly blissful experience when paired with the dishes.
