Later, after working as a manager at a yakitori restaurant opened by that owner, he trained for four years at a popular yakitori restaurant in Osaka at the time and then opened his own restaurant. He works hard to create a restaurant where guests are impressed not only by the food but also by everything about the restaurant, making them want to come back again.
