Sukiyaki Shabu-shabu Medetaya is where you can enjoy the bounty of food delivered from Kusatsu Onsen to Asakusabashi in an extraordinary setting. It is a restaurant serving an attractive menu full of Gunma Prefecture's food operated by a long-established butcher store in Kusatsu, established in 1958. It is ideal for business entertainment, anniversaries, and other important occasions. The restaurant is equipped with many private and semi-private rooms, making it perfect for private dining. The cuisine is inspired by the set meals served at ryokan (Japanese inns). The sashimi in the course uses river fish, and the dishes also incorporate many items related to Gunma Prefecture, such as konjac and maitake mushrooms, which are famous products of the prefecture. Several recommended local sake from Gunma Prefecture are also available. With a menu that offers a variety of Gunma Prefecture attractions and a relaxing atmosphere, the restaurant will make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city.
