Mr. Kuwabara was born in 1985 in Nagano. He discovered his love for cooking while working part-time at restaurants, where he experienced the joy of being in the kitchen. After working as a nutritionist, he joined his current company, honing his skills in diverse settings such as managing ramen shops and cafe dining establishments, and serving as head chef at Isomaru Suisan. With extensive experience across various business types, he assumed the role of head chef at Shinshu Sodachi in April 2025. His dishes skillfully utilize ingredients from Nagano and exhibit flexible creativity, leaving a deep impression on visitors.
