Kuroton, Chicken Sashimi, Oil Shabu-shabu. A hideout in Jingumae where Kagoshima's umakomon (delicious food) and shochu are served. It was renovated in 2022, and the menu was renewed. With the addition of "Kuroton," an exquisite pork cutlet made of Kagoshima's pride, "Roppaku black pork," and black bread crumbs, as its signature dish, the restaurant is winning guests' hearts with even greater delicacies. The specialty hot pot using the same black pork, "Kurobuta Pork and Vegetable Oil Shabu-shabu," and the fresh "Kuro Satsuma Chicken Sashimi" are also must-try dishes. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of Sake, including over 50 varieties of Shochu (Japanese liquor). Located in a back alley in Omotesando, the restaurant is a perfect place for adults to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of a hideout.
