As we stock a whole cow of high quality meat, we can serve various cuts to the guests. You can select your favorite way of cooking meat in a course; shabu-shabu (sliced meat parboiled with vegetables), sukiyaki (hot pot stew), or charcoal-grilling to fully enjoy the meat. You will feel the delicious taste going through your whole body. We serve not only course menus, but also various a-la-carte dishes, vegetable dishes, and a wide selection of sake that are mainly from Gifu.
