Mr. Kawaguchi was born in 1980 in Shizuoka. After working at a French restaurant in his hometown for 5 years, he came to Tokyo. He's served as a chef at various restaurants in Tokyo, including hard-to-book French restaurants, Mediterranean restaurants, and Portuguese restaurants. Gaining experience at restaurants in Akasaka Sacas, he then moved to Osaka. He also has experience in product development in the Western food section of a major dining company. His next move was to work as a chef at a famous Italian restaurant and dining café before heading to his hometown. After working as a chef at an Italian restaurant in his hometown for 8 years, he currently serves as the restaurant head and head chef of Bistro KINGYO.
