Fugu Kaisen Ryori Aguri serves seasonal fresh fish delivered directly from Toyama Bay, along with exquisite dishes featuring fresh fugu in the winter. This restaurant, set in a traditional Japanese house with jazz music playing in the background, is the perfect place to savor seasonal seafood dishes. From November to March, the main attraction is fresh fugu swimming in the live tanks. From April to October, guests can enjoy a variety of dishes made with fresh fish delivered directly from Toyama Bay. Enjoy the authentic taste of a fisherman's mother's cooking with their carefully prepared dried seafood, Salted Foods from Ikuji Toyama, which highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients, as well as local sake from Toyama Prefecture. The restaurant features both counter and sunken kotatsu seating, making it suitable for a wide range of occasions, from a simple daily treat to a drinking party with colleagues or friends. They also offer course meals featuring exceptionally fresh fugu, perfect for special celebrations and events.
