Sashimi (3 kinds), oxtail soup, premium Wagyu beef and tongue (4 kinds), grilled dish: lean steak and seasonal grilled fish, hot pot: offal shabu-shabu (changes seasonally)
Meal: Seasonal clay pot rice, one meat dish, miso soup, pickles. You can choose between grated radish soba or cold noodles.
Sweets: Desserts
