Sandaime Wakihiko Shouten is a new type of yakiniku restaurant that serves only rice and meat, and the idea is that the restaurant wants customers to "experience the true taste of yakiniku." Only courses are offered, and rice freshly cooked in an iron pot is available with free refills. The Wakihiko style is to savor the original flavor of the meat, not as side dishes for Sake. Its special sauce is a miso-based black sauce inherited from the first owner in 1918, a vinegar wholesaler, and newly developed white and red sauces. Enjoy the unique dining experience in a members-only Japanese-style space.
