Local and seasonal fish are served in the best possible conditions through a unique process. This sushi restaurant embodies the tradition and innovation of Edomae sushi.
Just a 3-minute walk from Shimbashi Station, you'll find Namara Umai! Sushi Michi is in an alley connecting Manekineko Shusse-dori and Yanagi-dori. It's produced by Michimasa Nakamura, the former master chef of Sushi Kokoro in Azabu. They use seasonal fish from Hokkaido and bluefin tuna directly sent from "Tennen Maguro Daizen," a long-established wholesaler at Toyosu Market. Through their uniquely developed aging and freezing methods, you can enjoy authentic Edomae sushi year-round, regardless of season or origin. The restaurant's interior, reminiscent of a renovated Showa-era town sushi shop, evokes a sense of nostalgia and warmth, offering nine counter seats and two tables for four people. It's a sushi restaurant that can be used for various occasions, whether private or business. Why not come and experience the tradition and innovation of Edomae sushi?
