A highly skilled sushi chef.

Mr. Iguchi trained in Kanagawa during his youth, refined his skills, and later moved to Tokyo. He was fortunate to run his own restaurant, Nobu Sushi, but it eventually closed. By chance, he began anew as a chef at Sushi Akasu Takayama in Ogikubo. He has dedicated 38 years of his life to his work as a chef, consistently striving to satisfy his guests.
