Mr. Uehara uses his diverse experiences to give guests a relaxing break from everyday life.

Mr. Uehara was born in Okinawa in 1974. He gained experience working in hotel restaurants and bars both locally and in Tokyo. Not only does he serve food and drinks, he has mastered creating an excellent atmosphere and he attends to the finest details, and has developed a broad range of customer service skills. Now he serves as the restaurant head at BAR ONE FOR, providing guests with moments of relaxation in their everyday lives.
