We have prepared two types of desserts to celebrate the New Year. A rich matcha-scented pound cake with chunky chestnut texture, and fresh yatsuhashi with a red and white motif. Please enjoy the New Year with these Japanese desserts.

This time, we have desserts made with three types of tea (Shizuoka tea, Uji tea, and Yame tea)! We have a terrine that matches the richness of matcha with chocolate, steamed Japanese sweets with sweetened azuki beans and a matcha scent, and a matcha drink and a dessert full of matcha! We will serve them with gratitude♪

Tanabata 2022! Limited quantity desserts from July 3rd to 7th

The cheesecake made with blue curacao and pineapple puree and the crumbly cinnamon cookies made with wasanbon are inspired by the Tanabata festival for adults that you will encounter under the stars tonight! The meal is topped off with pleasantly fragrant Chiran tea.

As a Halloween project, we have layered two types of mousse on top of a melt-in-your-mouth chestnut biscuit ♪ Enjoy the "Ardechoix" made with rich chocolate and chestnut, and the soft and fluffy "Taiwanese Castella" made with seasonal pumpkin!

Tanabata limited edition ♬ Available as a full-course dessert from July 3rd to 7th! Japanese cheesecake with a summery aroma ♬

Fresh green mugwort dumplings and Kogane yuzu dumplings are mixed into a refreshing cream cheese cake, creating a fragrant Japanese-style cheesecake. The accent is a noshi plum that resembles a strip of paper. The scent of bamboo creates a summery atmosphere.

St. Valentine Chocolate Mousse "Rani" will be available as a limited-time special dessert full course from February 11th (National Holiday) to the 14th (Friday).

The chocolate mousse is topped with pear, the crispy texture and fragrant flavor of the tart create a mature look, and the baked goods with three kinds of berries and the deep flavor of dark rum are added to create an excellent Valentine's Day dessert. Please make a reservation.
