BEIGE Alain Ducasse Tokyo_Shujiro Kono

He was born in 1992 in Tokyo. As a student, he was selected to represent Japan in a prestigious French culinary competition for students, where he received the fifth prize globally. He has studied at many famous restaurants, such as Aimee Vibert and Esterre at the Palace Hotel Tokyo, and has acquired refined sensitivity and techniques. He joined BEIGE Alain Ducasse Tokyo in 2019 and served as Dining Manager before assuming the position of General Manager in 2022. His extensive experience and sharp sensibility enhance the time spent with each dish.
